TheRover helps engineers and operators move faster across the full lifecycle of an automation project — whether it's a new build, a retrofit, a part replacement, or an integration question. The platform combines a project advisor for any automation question, a Design Studio that generates Bills of Quantity and technical documentation, and a Code Studio that produces code across PLCs, industrial platforms, and integration layers.

An Electrical Engineer by training, Hafez has spent over a decade building and scaling automation, AI, and technology ventures across the Middle East. His career has been rooted in industrial automation, robotics, and digital transformation, with deep operational experience in the oil, gas, and manufacturing sectors — the same environments TheRover AI is built to serve.

Hafez is a repeat founder of AI and technology companies, building through Utopia Lab, his venture studio that supports early-stage founders and fractional CEOs in moving from idea to execution.
